Financials & Insurance
Our office welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our financial coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit so we can start the process.
We believe the cost of orthodontic treatment should never be a deterrent to achieving a beautiful smile. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care and customer service, with flexible and affordable financial arrangements that meet your individual needs. In addition to direct payment to our office, we are pleased to offer financing with Orthobanc and Lending Point to provide you with low or no initial payment options, and financing up to 60 months.
Orthobanc is a professional payment management service specializing in electronic payments for orthodontists. Once an account is established, payments are conveniently drafted from a checking account or credit card. This service is free to patients and offers a low to no down payment option. Of course, we’re happy to answer any questions and to help you set things up!
Lending Point is a private lending institution that allows patients to manage their orthodontic expense in a convenient and affordable way, without impacting their credit score. Approval decisions are made quickly, many times with multiple options, and offers financing up to 60 months. No down payment is required. However, patients can make a down payment directly to the office to lower the amount financed. Patients simply manage their loan with Lending Point, and Lending Point pays the office. Again, we’re here to answer questions, help you explore your options, and help you navigate the process.
Our office is a designated provider and participates with multiple insurance companies, and welcomes all private insurance benefits. Our financial coordinator will assist you in determining what benefits are available to you before treatment begins. Once treatment begins, we’ll be happy to take care of all the paperwork and file claims on your behalf.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit to you for receiving treatment. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all remaining charges. Please be sure to notify us when there’s a change of your insurance.
Finally, if at any time you have any questions, or need our assistance in any way regarding insurance or financial arrangements, please call or stop by the financial office. We’re always here to help!
